  I normally love Cava but this location could use some revamping. First, portion sizes are significantly smaller than other locations. We got a chicken kids meal and a spicy lamb and sweet potato bowl. The kids meal had more meat than the bowl. The came with TWO small meatballs. We even asked 2 staff members if that was correct, and they both just shrugged. Typically a meatball serving is four, btw. They also had more than enough employees working with several standing around chatting, but the tables were sticky, trash overflowing, napkins out of stock. They seem to have gone severely downhill and definitely not worth the price anymore.

  Did online order last night, pick up time of 7:30 pm. Signed up with my email and text alerts; only received email for proof of order and nothing to notify order was ready by either email or texts. Ordered a bowl and had very little greens in bowl and the spicy lamb meatballs are hideous (they taste like what a cow pasture smells like and I like just about anything). I also ordered two sides, the tzatziki and side of roasted eggplant, both sides are tiny little condiment cups which is not how they are depicted in the picture; they also come with chips which I selected that I wanted. The bowl also comes with pita chips which I selected I wanted. I walked into restaurant about 10 minute before my order was said to be ready and like I said before they give you absolutely no notification that you order is ready. I have never been in there before and there were no signs where to pick up online orders. There were several people picking up that were very confused as to where to go for their order. So I stood in the line and it is a build your own meal type place like subway so the long line takes even longer to advance through. I could see bags of orders along the back counter and after over 30 minutes my bag was still at counter and the lady told me to go over to the cashier and the cashier then acted like she could not help me with my online order and told me I would have to wait; another girl working the line stopped what she was doing, took off her serving gloves and retrieved my order and gave to me. I told the cashier I said I did not have any pita chips in my bag that I had ordered with my three items and she told me that they were not on the ticker and I would have to stand bask in line and she just shrugged her shoulders at me. Her position was the least hectic when she was basically just standing there. I told her that I hade already been in that line for 45 minutes and this was a pick up order they had been sitting on the counter the whole time I was in there and that my food was sitting out for that long; it was of no concern to her. Bad experience, expensive food for what you get; not tasty ; poor service !

  Hanna Montana was amazing!! I have a gluten allergy and she took it very seriously while still being able to make me laugh and smile! She’s great! The foods great! Great place!
