I placed a mobile order for pickup at 6:17pm and selected the pickup time of 6:40. I arrived at the restaurant to pickup my food at 6:45pm. I walked in to find a crowd of people waiting on mobile orders. The hostess was telling everyone that is was going to be a 45-minute to and hour wait because their kitchen was behind. I never got my food. An hour and 10 minutes later. They came out and said my food got stolen. Only solution they could give me was a refund. never been to this location and decided to give it a try today. I won’t be doing this again and coming back to this location. Be careful here. Poor planning and management by the upper staff.
