    Better than KFC. They seem to have an employee attrition rate problem. Almost never see the same people twice. Fortunately we haven't noticed the food quality suffering.

    We tried Bojangles for the first time while on a road trip and it was mediocre. We went through the drive thru around 1:30pm and there was no one in front or behind us but we still received the wrong order and freezing cold food. The lady at the window didn’t pay us any mind, she was just chatting to her coworker, didn’t even tell us a total before sticking her hand out for payment and gave us terrible attitude when we asked for the total. All the sides we received were wrong so my husband went into the store to get what we ordered and we still received freezing cold food. We should’ve just stopped at the Popeyes’s we passed instead of wasting money on near inedible food and terrible service.

    I have ate here 2x and each time its not ser up rt inside to function more accurately. The food wasn't hot either time. The floor was sticky all over both times. The gentleman that took our order, waited on us was friendly and on top of things. We just didnt complain to hurt his feelings about the food cold both times, the floor sticky like it had to much soap from mopping and not rinsing it good.
