It must have only been one person on duty, I waited for 10 minutes for him to answer the drive up and then another five while I made a shake.

Server was rude and siged repeatedly while I was ordering like my order at 1pm was a huge inconvenience for him. Waited and waited in line behind another vehicle ended up leaving after over 10 minutes and drove to the other Arby's 10 minutes away. Server was very friendly there.

Got the half pound Beef and cheddar and it was scrap meat short of a half pound and tasted like it had been marinated in ash tray. Garbage.
