Every time I go it takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive through. This time I had asked for horsey sauce and didn't get it. They never give napkins unless you ask. Undersized regular roast beef with 3 wrappers to make it look bigger

It must have only been one person on duty, I waited for 10 minutes for him to answer the drive up and then another five while I made a shake.
