The food is always hot and delicious! they don't serve you warmed over food here. Some of the workers have been here for a good while which is rare in fast food and you can really tell the difference and they definitely have their act together. Angie, Angel, and Natalie are always so good to me when I eat at this location! Its definitely my favorite Arby's in the Knoxville area.
