    Staff is always patient and friendly. Food has always been fresh. I've never been disappointed at this location. Great job lunch time crew!!

    Ordered a large smoke house brisket and I received this crap. All of our food was cold. Took forever to get it ..... I love Arby's but will avoid going to this one ever again

    I ordered a smokehouse brisket. It was bloody. I called for a manager "Elijah" answered, said he was the manager. I told him my sandwich was bloody. He responded, "ma'am that's impossible!" I told him I'd gladly send him pictures. He said, something loudly and laughed & hung up on me then wouldn't answer. I was polite & respectful. He shouldn't have a job after that.
