- RBRoss Blank1 day ago1.0Bathroom was closed, which already wasn’t a great start. Then when I walked up to the counter to order, I was asked if I wanted to order. Yes... that would be why I’m standing here holding an empty coffee cup. I was told to use the touchscreen kiosk or go through the drive-thru, which I took as my cue to leave. This location seems understaffed, and the one employee I saw was clearly juggling more than anyone should have to. On the bright side, I gave her one less order to deal with.

- MWMcKaylee WillisApr 2, 20263.0I came to get coffee for my bridesmaids and I on my wedding day- I put in a mobile order as I was in the drive through, and the line went faster than expected so I was up to the window by the time the order went through. We apologized and very politely agreed to circle another loop to give them more time. I then realized I forgot one drink so I went inside to order it while my dad circled around. While I was inside, multiple employees were talking negatively about me and my large order, despite our apologies and willingness to do whatever to make it easy on them, not realizing that I was standing there. I then politely said “That’s actually my order and I can just pick it up inside if that’d be easier.” They did not acknowledge or apologize that I just overheard and politely interrupted them while they were talking bad about me in front of me and another customer. I’m sure they won’t care about this review or that I spent $60 for that experience, because I understand the frustration with large orders on a busy morning, but maybe they or the location owner would consider some conversations on customer service and how interactions can positively or negatively affect someone’s day. Lame :(
