- KTK TateMar 3, 20261.0The little girl cooking on the back had the worst attitude. She burnt my sandwich and wanted to go back and forth with me about it. And finally offered to remake it when I asked for my money back when she could have done that first. But she immediately was rude and defensive.

When the young lady reached them out the window I asked if both had cream in them because they were so dark she said “yeah” and I told her they don’t look right. She just laughed and continued to hold them out the window. There was no ice in our ICED COFFEES and after tasting them there was no cream or caramel like I had ordered. The staff at this location are always rude and snarky. 90% of the time when you pull up to the window you are sitting there for 2-4 minutes before being acknowledged. When they do acknowledge you it’s “Go ahead.” No professionalism or accountability at this location at all!
