  So I love Dunkin but how do you operate a doughnut shop with no doughnuts. Also I hate how Dunkin keeps them out in the open so when they do have Doughnuts they are always stale, especially later in the day. However they do have great Coffee and friendly staff. They just dont get in any hurry even on pre-orders.

  I don't know why people come here regularly. We stopped briefly for a bathroom and some food and had to wait a really long time. There seemed to be a lot of chaos in the back, disorganization and confusion. The food was edible but bland, so at least it was cheap. There's no reason id return voluntarily.

  Workers walking around talking to each other on headsets. No one at counter to take walk in orders. Finally got service, watched a guy set down his sandwich he was eating on the counter and start making customer orders. My drink was not mixed, tasted like powder. Another customer came in and was leaving due to not being greeted or acknowledged. The staff finally acknowledged him as he was walking on the door. Plenty of staff, plenty of inattentiveness.

  Kind of a pain to get into and the coffee had a bit of a burnt taste.
