My order sat there getting cold while multiple employees walked right past it and couldn’t be bothered to call my name or let me know it was ready. To make it worse, it wasn’t even accessible for me to grab myself, so I was just left waiting while my food sat there. This is beyond poor service—it’s outright neglect. Absolutely unacceptable.

If I didn’t have an appointment I would’ve driven back around and given them the drink back but my small iced latte with vanilla had absolutely no coffee, like if there was any maybe a teaspoon. It tasted like milk and ice. Disappointed, employees should know what an iced latte entails. I don’t want a cup of milk when I can buy that from Kroger’s.
