    Place order online multiple times, says it’s almost ready, head down here to pick it up and they extended the time it’s done. Started working on our order at 8:30 said would be done by 9. Then it went to 9:15. Now it jumps to 9:38. Multiple people waiting in parking lot that’s ordered a head of time and are all here waiting because they can’t seem to do their jobs.

    Worst dominos out there. I ordered twice online and it just took my money out of my bank but they never get it in the system. I drove down there. The kid working doesn’t care obviously. Got ahold of corporate after an hour of being on hold just for them to tell me call the store. Fix your online ordering. And maybe have some employees who can help out not some kid who doesn’t care.

    If I could give zero stars I would! I placed an order yesterday for pickup and only got the pizzas home they were both wrong! One of the pizzas was supposed to be a specialty pizza which I was charged $4 more for and I got a cheese pizza in place of that one and the other pizza was missing toppings. When I called to ask about it I was treated like I was a complete nuisance and was bothering him. I even got a heavy side to go along with it... I don't appreciate it. The rude person who answered the phone ask for my phone number to check my order and tried to tell me my order wasn't what it was when I was standing there holding my receipt which clearly said exactly what I had ordered. I uninstalled the Domino's app and I will never order from there again!

    Every time I order for delivery my order is wrong. This time I got the entire wrong order. I ordered 2 pies with several toppings as shown in the receipt. I received a cheese and a pepperoni. I called and I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. When you report an issue on the app it only offers you a free medium 2 topping or 20% off my next order but these coupons expire in 30 days. Does the money I paid expire in 30 days? How about give an option to get the correct order! Now I have to drive over there and straighten it out. Answer the phone!! It wasn’t this way 20 years ago when I worked there. Edit… I drove to the store while on hold. They made it right so I’m increasing to 3 stars because they wouldn’t answer the phone and the app isn’t helpful and I had to drive down there.

    I ordered Dominos a few weeks ago for this location and realized I did it for the wrong location. Which of course was my mistake; however, I called this location for 30 minutes and no answer. I then asked the manager from another location to try calling them which she did for another 30 minutes and still no answer. I have since called this location for 3 weeks hoping to get a refund and they have been completely rude and have lied on multiple occasions saying they would give me call backs and give me a refund on my order. I’ve talked to Jason the GM who has repeatedly said he’d give me call backs and he hasn’t. They have also said their district manager Jimmy would call me and he didn’t. This location is seriously lacking some management and lacking customer service. I still have yet to receive a call back or refund and am still out money which hurts me as a college student who is already struggling to make ends meet. I will never be ordering Dominos again purely because of this one location. Sure it’s not all of them but when a general manager and district manager can’t even handle a refund it says a lot about the people they hire and the company itself. Would love to get into contact with someone from Corporate but guess what you can’t contact them either.
