  I ordered delivery. It was quick. When I received it I was shocked. My thin crust is burnt and dry. It tastes burnt, I tried it. The other pizza sucks too, not gonna lie. But the thin crust is inedible. I called to see about getting a refund and the dude was like “yeah I’ll refund it but just to let you know, MA’AM, the thin and crispy crust IS thin and crispy” and then hung up on me!! So crazy. Super good customer service skills on that guy. I’ve had really good thin crusts from Dominos and this was not one. Never ordering here again.

  I didn’t catch the guy’s name when I was in there, but he kept staring at my wife’s breast the whole time and acted like a complete weirdo. Highly advised you don’t eat here.

  Fool me once shame on me you, fool twice shame on me, fool me three times and thats just on you. Cannot make or deliver a pizza, multiple times have they failed to deliver pizza at night and I wake up with a pizza on my front door delivered at god knows what time.

  UPDATE: I am not mistaken. This issue happened at Dominos on Merchants drive Knoxville TN. Between the bank and McDonald’s. If I need to post the employees name on Google itself along with video evidence for this to be understood as a serious event I can do that. For the owner to state I’m mistaken that it must have been a different food chain as this is dominos is honestly insulting. I contacted corporate. Corporate said the franchise has been instructed to reach out to me. Still nothing. All other reply’s have the owners email attached whereas the one saying if it wasn’t a review made in mistake to reach out to him via email did not include any contact information. So I had to go hunting for it. Original Post: If I could give zero stars I would. I would greatly appreciate it if corporate or the owner would reach out to me. Today 3/8/26 I had an employee be so disgustingly disrespectful to me and then charge at me from the side of the store. There are multiple witnesses. From the McDonald’s employees to other customers in the parking lot. I placed my order for delivery at 7:40, 9:05 as I borrowed a vehicle to just come pick up my order to get my child and their friends dinner my order was canceled. I arrived at the store at 9:07. I was cussed at, screamed at, and threatened. I was frustrated, but I was not rude. The employee was rude and disrespectful which is when I became frustrated for how he spoke to me. He claimed he was alone. Incorrect. I have photos time stamped of other employees in the building. I have video of him charging at me cussing and screaming. I’m not the guy to leave reviews like this, but there is no way this is what you should be okay with representing your brand. Please reach out to me, I have all the receipts and proof time stamped, and I hope you have audio footage in your store so you can hear before it got to the point I began recording.

  Waited over a hour for a delivery, called multiple times and no answer, had to go to the store, exactly what I was trying to avoid, just to be told my order was gonna take at least another 30 minutes, just one guy working there by itself… it’s just really disappointing
