  We came in here on vacation with a group of 13. Our kids were starving and acting like animals. Laney was amazing and went above and beyond. I never write reviews but honestly Laney deserves the 5 stars and more!! Food was good and the build your own option was super helpful for picky eaters

  I guess i didn't come in when Lainey was working bc it took me asking and waiting 30 minutes to get a refill :| came to our table 4 times, once to seat us & take drink orders, once to get our order, once to drop off the food and once for us to pay(which also took forever). Respectfully ofcourse. Food was phenomenal tho like elevated and better quality Chipotle

  Sat down and ordered food. Waited 40 minutes. The waitress was attentive and apologized multiple times. We were told it was unfortunate timing because the kitchen had a large catering order they were working on. Asked for the manager and was told he wasn’t there but given his card. The number on the card calls the restaurant. Such a poor way to treat customers. The fact they chase large catering order should not impact in restaurant customers.

  Since this place had 4.7 stars we thought we would try it. Very cool artwork on the walls. Service was not very good. Waited at least 15 minutes for queso dip which should’ve been scooped out and put in a bowl — it’s not anything that needed to be cooked. Had to ask twice for it. This was after we ordered rice and beans. The rice came out and we found out it was jasmine rice not Spanish/mexican rice which is crazy since it’s a taco place! The tacos and black beans were delicious. The margaritas came out of a frozen slushie machine and then they added flavored syrup if you wanted a flavored marg. Not what we expected out of a 4.7 star taco restaurant. It was not very busy and there were only 2 waitresses but the service should’ve been better. Chairs were very uncomfortable as well. Not an overall good experience.

  Good: Nice atmosphere and chips/dips were good. Bad: I rarely leave food on my plate, but this was that rare exception. Food came very late and 3 out of the 6 entrees were cold, as in just came out of fridge cold. Also, some of the nacho toppings were missing or meager and overall particularly bland with less flavor than the salt on the chips. Our server could only offer to remake it or microwave it which neither were great solutions at the time. After looking at photos here, I can confirm the kitchen must have had a meltdown on our order. In hindsight, we should have asked for the manager to make sure they knew what had happened and offer better solutions.
