Everything is empty on the line, every time I told them my next selection he had to run to the back, brought the bag of meat and cheese back up and dumped it in right there. Put 2 huge scoops of pico on my bowl so when I asked him to remove half of it, he scraped it off and put it BACK into the container on the line. The food looked old and crusty and we were so disappointed. When I mentioned him not having any help the other employer just glared at me and walked away. I don’t complain. Ever. But for us to love chipotle so much this is so disappointing. No one was helping this young man either even though there was clearly plenty of employees there. We will not be back to this location.

They are always out of multiple food items, the line takes forever and are always understaffed. I have stopped going there because of how terrible it is. Thankfully there is a CAVA next door. Whoever owns this chipotle… Do Better
