  We eat here often and the rice is always a hit or miss and you cant call and talk directly i have to waist more time by driving back to get my order replaced.The staff is very rude and unfriendly.The atmosphere here now is so dull it used to be full of joy once upon a time nothing but attitudes now...Please make sure the rice is fully cooked when serving this location could definitely use a whole new crew/Management this crew sucks get it together..

  AVOID!! Please.. you are way better off. My husband’s first impression was highly disappointing. We hadn’t had a date night in a while with this economy so we decided to try. The chips we orders were a large and we got was 1/4th of a bag. They were stale and old, that plastic kind of crunch. We had to go to dollar general and buy our own as for the “large” cup of queso we got laying sideways in our bag. The chicken tacos are great if you like lettuce and no meat. My bowl unfortunately I couldn’t find the meat under the sour cream.

  We have eaten at this location quite a few times but after today’s visit we will not be going back. While eating my salad bowl I noticed a huge piece of plastic in my salad. After the request for no rice in my bowl was stated she added a 1/2 scoop of rice anyway and we were not given the vinaigrette dressing for my salad. Very poor service and the fact that there was plastic in my food, was all we needed to never go back.

  I’ve been to Chipotles all over—from New York down to Jacksonville, Florida—and this is hands down the best one I’ve ever experienced. I’m a huge Chipotle advocate, so I don’t say that lightly. The team here is incredible. The managers are absolutely top-tier—professional, welcoming, and you can tell they actually care about both the customers and their crew. That kind of leadership shows in everything. The food is consistently fresh, well-portioned, and made right every time. No shortcuts, no sloppiness—just quality. You can feel the difference the moment you walk in. Great people, great management, and great food. This location sets the standard for what Chipotle should be.

  I have been eating at chipotle for over 10 years now always getting the same order. It pains me to see one of my favorite restaurants just turn to crap because of greed. It used to be affordable but now they nickel and dime you for everything. You want a tortilla, Extra. You want some more cheese cause the dudes got a tiny pinch of cheese, Extra. You want extra sour cream, extra. It’s getting to the point you have to take out a loan to get chipotle now. If I could put less than 1 star I would. $30 for two burritos with water cups is robbery.
