I arrived and entered that I was here. 10 minutes, 15 minutes went by, 20 minutes, then at 30 I tried calling with no answer. So I go inside and they are not friendly and their excuse for dropping the ball was "shift change." I asked how long my order had been sitting there and I got the answer "I don't know" so I asked if they could remake it and got a snarky response of "you will have to just wait longer." If I wanted jerk service I would go to McDonald's but for what we pay just for chicken we deserve better. Look through my comments and you will see I'm normally easy to deal with.

Literally didn’t put a single thing I needed in my bag, not my straw or the barbecue are ranch for the salad, and my drink what Coke Zero when I asked for coke idk how they do that but clearly just pushing whatever they can out. Very awful tbh the food looked undercooked will not be back
