- TTTay1 day ago4.0Food is fantastic as always. The staff are good and for how busy they get, it's pretty fast, but sometimes in drive thru I feel like I'm bothering them when I come through. Not necessarily bad customer service just could be a new thing to work on.
- DPDesirae Parker2 days ago1.0I came there at 12:17pm, I order 2 8piece nuggets meals and a spicy chicken sandwich meal all with fries and drinks, I also ordered a fruit cup. the service was good. I didn’t know that no mayo came on the sandwich, I also didn’t ask. By the time we got in the car and on the road, i didn’t check the bag for my full order. I was missing my fruit cup and have tried to call multiple times with no answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail since it was full. I’m not from this area and live an hour away. But travel here a few times a month. The parking and traffic was terrible during the time we showed up and wasn’t trying to come back when we was heading home already

Btw, other chicfila locations in town dont go by that policy. I know cos I never buy drinks when eating out, cos I'm trying to watch my sugar. I always have my bottle with me with water and just get ice in it. Anyway, terrible.

Didn’t like the attitude from the woman who took my order or from the team lead who gave me my order. I will continue to go to Chick-fil-A but not at this location.
