- LHLacey HeplerMar 30, 20263.0I love the mobile drive thru option of this place, BUT why is it that i order, scan and still wait and wait and watch 3-5 cars pass through the drive up lane before i even get my order before i got there order. I do not understand how i can order 5 miles away scan and still have to wait for 5 cars to pass by. Do not understand. Will not be back for a while and i go there 4 out of 5 of my mornings.

To go through drive thru and be told by the person taking my order that they cannot make a lettuce wrapped cool wrap with no tortilla is absurd. I went to the window because I know other places have done it. I asked someone in management about it and they said they could and took the order and had me pull up. The guy who brought it out to me was very nice and kind. I got home and opened it up and it is mostly lettuce...only a few small pieces of chicken in it and I paid almost $9 for some dang lettuce. Ridiculous. Oh, and they didnt even give me the right sauce. I asked for jalapeño salsa and they gave me creamy salsa. Never in my life have I been so disappointed in chick fil a. I dont give a rats butt if this particular one is closest to where I live. I will happily go across town where the service is amazing, they dont get my order wrong, and where they actually put meat in the wrap. This chick fil a is a disgrace!!!!! You got me this time, but NEVER again.

- SBSeth BelcherMar 10, 20261.0As bad as a Chick-fil-A gets. Still better than most fast food places, but just seems poorly managed. I've never had my order wrong at a Chick-fil-A until today. Staff seemed much less friendly and enthusiastic than most others. The employee taking the order was not up to the usual standard of Chick-fil-A. The part of the order they did get correct did actually taste good. If you have a different one closer, go there; however, if you do find yourself at this location, check your order before you leave, and plan on it taking extra time.
