First, it takes far too long to get the food. I have waited over 40 minutes for a sandwich. Poignantly, the customer service is no better. The employees are often rude, impatient, and nasty. Based on the response of employees, one would think getting an extra napkin is like ascertaining the last Coke in the desert. Moreover, I have experienced staff actively ignoring requests and mishandling foodstuffs. Further, the tables are always left filthy, as the staff never cares to clean. Even worse, when it is time to sup, the food is clearly made without love, often even undercooked.
