- BKBrian KMar 25, 20261.0Chick-fil-a has fallen off. The sandwich meat is tiny and dry. I was very disappointed yesterday when i picked up food to go. I got three chicken sandwiches 30 count nuggets fries and a drink. It was 46 dollars. Only to find out after getting home the the fillas are smaller than the very stale bun. The fillas dont remotely cover the bun and are thin. Its like there is no standards any more. I remember being impressed on how much meat they had. Also the nuggets tasted over done or like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. I wont be going back. Sad, I grow up on Chick-fil-A.

The area from what I saw lacks diversity so it did feel like my party got a lot of unwanted stares not just here but in other places as well so if you're not white and feel uncomfortable easily I wouldn't even go near the area(areas between Knoxville and Kingston).

I dont get chickfilet that much but the other ones here in Knoxville have never ever messed up. This one its a lot. The food is good though if you get everything you order. Would be nice to get something extra when they mess up but its always missing something 😕 You guys have a brand that has a reputation of being supurb to McDonald's and the rest. This location is the exception and tarnishes the entire chain.
