I went today around almost 10 pm and it was still quite busy with a full line, but the workers were very compassionate and caring. You could tell they were somewhat stressed, yet they still handled everything so well and remained patient and professional. The three girls on the line were especially wonderful, truly some of the nicest people I’ve come across at a place like that. (The other locations here aren't as good as this place.) And the food was absolutely absolutely delicious. My husband and I cant even begin to explain. I had no problems from start to end, everything went smoothly. In fact, I even got back in line again just because it was that good, 😂. The environment and lighting are also very nice, it makes you feel calm and at ease, almost like being at home. This place really feels like a hidden gem. A solid 5 stars, and definitely a must try.
I honestly loved it. Everything just felt easy and really well done, and you can tell they actually care about what they’re doing. It definitely lived up to the hype for me. I’d 100% recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back!

The ladies who were working tonight are the best! I went in to get my normal steak bowl and was immediately greeted and taken care of. They were out of the pita crisps I usually put on top, which was not that big of a deal but they decided to go beyond service. They offered me free pita chips in exchange. After I accepted, they then decided to “love” my meal for me - taking care of the entire cost. I have had the worst last couple of days and their act of kindness changed my outlook!
Ordered chicken and steak pitas. Got home and both were chicken. Called store and general manager, Tasha, remade them and actually delivered them personally to our home. This went above and beyond for customer service. This kind of customer service really doesn’t happen anymore so it was refreshing to see that the GM wanted to make sure things were done correctly. We will continue to frequent this store.

There are times in a person's life that are life changing, like remembering where you were after the challenger accident, Chernobyl Incident, JFK, MLK, and RFK assassinations, Neil Armstrong walking on the Moon, a person's first true love and the break up afterwards, seeing the Partheon in Greece, the coliseum in Rome, the Sistine Chapel in Vatican City and the Sequoya's on the Pacific Coast, learning about Patton's battle of the Bulge and now, my most recent visit to Cava at Bearden! A huge shout out to this particular Cava!!!!!!!
