  Food tasted great but was not very hot. We were one of maybe 3 or 4 tables of people in the whole restaurant. They seemed to be short-staffed when we were there, so that may have contributed. Still had a pleasant experience and everyone enjoyed their meal.

  The staff are all kind and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. The managers are all exceptional and kind, especially Wyatt, the General Manager. Everything is made fresh everyday, even the dressings! Fresh, delicious, and very affordable if you get to go during their specials with the "take an entree home for 10quot;. Love this place!

  This was my 1st time at Carrabba’s and it did not disappoint! The server we had was amazing! Very friendly and outgoing and very helpful with suggestions. Always attentive! Wish I could remember his name. The drinks were amazing (rose sangria)! Bread was warm and olive oil was delish! Entrees were huge couldn’t even eat half of it! IMO better than Olive Garden. Will be returning!

  We were travelling home to Toronto from Florida and stayed overnight in Knoxville. Supper at Carraba's was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the service was great! Special shout-out to our server (Ashley?) who went above and beyond, she was great!! will definitely stop here again on our travels to-and-from Florida!

  My wife and I have always loved this place to eat but this might have been a bad day for our waitress. Our waters were never refilled, the few interactions we had were poor. Our food took forever and came out stone cold. I do believe that the chicken breasts have shrunk because pigeon breast may be bigger. The waitress did come back at the final bite and ask how our food was as she walked away but my wife begged me not to say. When she asked questions she would walk away as we answered. I finally had to ask for refills and then we ordered a to-go meal and even that came out wrong. Yes, I still tipped 20% because we can all have a bad day. However, let’s do better next time. One bad meal and one dismissive waitress won’t be my last attempt.
