  Truly sad how this lunch went. Went in and we were waiting to be seated and instead of saying hello how many I was told follow me. And was taken aback cuz I wasn't sure they were talking to us. And then it took 10 Mins for server to come... we ordered bottomless apps. When I asked for more moss sticks I got more onion rings My kids kids meal was wrong my daughters meal was wrong.. guy tried to show off by not writing things down... he didn't card my wife and I on our drinks. Yes we are in our 30's but still. Then when we were done we asked for bill got the bill. Asked for a bag to carry out leftovers out we were handed the smallest container possible that I had to make 7 containers! And i had to ask 3 times for a bag. I paid by card but was going to tip in cash I asked if he could break a $20' he said no I have no cash.. I walked up to bar to try and no one was there and 4 ppl walked past me while I stood waiting and no one asked what I needed. So I left and gave him what I had that wasn't a 20 and left!!!! I will not be coming back to this location

  Ordered from this place 3 different times and everytime they've either gotten my order wrong taken 20 years to get it ready or given the dasher a hard time DO NOT get your food here Ordered they are all lazy

  Too loud...need noise dampening on the walls or ceiling. Took forever for initial service once we were seated. Once we recieved service. We were informed that their tea maker was broken. We ordered appetizers. The chips were stale. No ranch came with the fried pickles. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. Entrees Chicken Sandwich Classic 1 grilled 1 fried were warm at best. Fries were old and cold.

  Food was really good. Our service was good and quick this time. Its really loud after they redid the inside, but that's kind of expected with a sports bar.

  Waitress took it upon herself to round our bill to nearest dollar. When told her till would probably be off she didn't understand. When told her she didn't give us change she said they round to nearest dollar and told my out of state guests that all restrurants do it. It was not posted anywhere that this was done and as a Knoxville resident I haven't been to any restrurant that does that. Rounding to nearest 5 cents yes but not to dollars.
