  Place it’s nice, but food took forever to arrived (more than an hour), and it was not even that good neither hot. Also they were out of mashed potatoes which was basically the reason I order chicken Marsala and they told me after the food arrived. Server gave us a dessert compliment but I would have preferred to know in advance so I should order a different thing. I had high expectations but they didn’t meet them.

  Our special education professional organization arranged to meet for a happy hour for drinks & appetizers. Susan was amazing. She Had our tables already arranged and set for the group, she juggled several different checks so that we could charge the correct accounts, all the while, serving us drinks and making sure our food reached our tables quickly. We will come back again because Susan was exceptionally accommodating!

  Visited this place on a road trip to smoky mountains and I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. This is the first time ever for me to face racism in the US. We have cancelled our order and walked out. Both the staffs were very rude to our kid and we didn’t like the way the treated us.

  Autumn was our server and she was fabulous! The food is always great, but the service has not been consistent. This was the best service we had gotten here!! Autumn was extra attentive, yet respectful of our conversations. We never had to wait long for any part of our meal! Thank you!!

  I never leave reviews but I just felt the need this time. Don’t waste your money! First time to this restaurant and will definitely be our last! Other than our server, Chance, the food and atmosphere were terrible! My daughter ordered the margarita flat bread appetizer for her meal and it was tasteless and cold! No flavor whatsoever so ever. I got the scampi and requested chicken instead of shrimp, the noodles were so thick almost like Chinese noodles and the “scampi” sauce was terrible, tasted more like something you’d get in a microwave dinner but worse! And the chicken was just as bad. Not to mention paying $50 for these two items plus two sweet teas is absurd to say the least! Don’t waste your money. I should have looked at reviews before we went, but it’s Italian, how can you mess it up so badly I’ll never know!
