  Went to grab lunch around 1pm, only 1 other person ahead of me. I was told to pull forward into a parking spot to wait on my order. 20 minutes later no one has brought me anything and I've seen at least 3 other people get their orders and leave, if I hadn't already paid I would have left. I had to go back around the drive thru to get anyone to acknowledge my order, and I no longer had time left on my lunch break afterwards. Thanks for that

  I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered the Bo-Tato Rounds, but they were served completely cold. My mom tried them as well, and they were just as cold and unappetizing for her. It’s frustrating because the Bo-Fries were actually fine, but the rounds were clearly sitting out too long. I’m hoping the location can make sure these are served fresh and hot in the future, but this experience was a huge miss.
