  Worst Arby’s in Knoxville. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only person in the drive-thru line, you will almost certainly be asked to pull ahead and park. I’m sure this looks great for their statistics that are reviewed by corporate, but in reality they are in no hurry to get your order fulfilled. I ordered a meal from a distracted drive-thru worker, and when I pulled around I was asked to confirm that I just wanted the entree item. When I replied that I had ordered the meal, the employee’s response was, verbatim, “You didn’t say all that.” Instead of re-ringing the order correctly, the employee simply added small (not medium) fries and a drink to the order. I was then asked to pull forward (of course). A while later (after being offered the wrong order), I was given a bag with only the entree, not the fries. When I brought this to their attention, the reply was “we’ll bring them out in a minute” but that was the end of my patience. I drove away and later called to speak with the manager on duty. She was rude and incredibly argumentative. After I explained that it was not my fault the order was incorrect, she finally offered an unconvincing apology and stated that I could come back and get a small order of fries. I fully admit that this did not go over well with me and at that point we had a very loud conversation with each other before I eventually hung up. I have given this location too many chances and will never return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

  This store is filled with some rude racist employees my drink was left out of my order in the drive thru when i went in to get it i was told to get out of the hood i took it since I was white i didn't deserve a drink. After that ordeal I tossed the food i didn't trust they didn't do something to my food. I will never be eating at a Arbys restaurant again i refuse to support a business that supports racism and if I could give them no star I would.

  Drive through forever for little food. Sloppy put together... not friendly. Dirty parking lot. Out of alot items.
