I had an amazing experience at 7 Brew! From the moment I pulled up, the staff was incredibly friendly and full of energy, making the whole visit feel fun and welcoming. The service was super fast, but they still took the time to make sure my drink was exactly how I wanted it. The coffee itself was top-notch—rich, smooth, and perfectly crafted. You can really taste the quality in every sip. Plus, their menu has so many unique options that it’s easy to find something new to love every time you go. What really sets 7 Brew apart is the vibe. It’s not just about grabbing a drink—it’s an experience. The positive attitudes and great customer service make a huge difference. Definitely a 5-star spot. I’ll be coming back again and again!

Went thru drive thru today and my order was taken correct. Got to the next young lady and she had the nerve to ask if I paid. That was very rude . No apology or anything. Good thing my mood was good because I could have went off. Hopefully you will train your staff to learn how to talk to customers paying ones at that!

My Husband and I were doing some shopping and I always liked the 7Brew in Johnson City so we stopped. They are usually quick. Well, there were 3 lines at the drive thru and our order was taken very quickly. The problem was the line closest to the building was the only one moving. People who showed up and ordered after us were getting their drinks and leaving. We had our 1 year old in the car and I’m 8 months pregnant so we wanted to get going. Again, usually they are very fast. So my husband got out of the car to ask what was taking so long and why one line is moving and the other two are just standing still. Especially , when people who ordered well after us are receiving their drinks as we still wait. The response he received was “ Well it is shift change and we have one machine that makes drinks for 2 lines.” We were just going to leave without getting our drinks, but you’re just stuck in line with no way out. It just felt a little frustrating when orders are not coming out in the order they were received. Other cars asked my husband what was taking so long when he was coming back to our vehicle. Clearly we weren’t the only ones confused by the wait. I do enjoy 7Brew, but maybe just stick to 2 lines and follow orders as they are received.

I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The first 2 lanes of the drive through only had 1 car in each, I couldn’t tell the 3rd lane was even open let alone empty. So I start pulling into the 1st lane and I notice a group of workers standing and talking to each other. They look up and see me and start waving me down to the other lane. There were 4-5 girls standing there not doing anything but I’m being shooed down to the last lane. So I have to cut diagonally through the lanes to get my order taken. It’s very off putting and rude when you’re waved away like that. If you want someone to move to the next lane you could have walked down to me and told me. I asked for a kids chocolate milk and I’m handed a kids mocha, which has espresso in it, this was for my 2 year old btw. My drink tasted absolutely horrid. The shots were definitely bad. I asked for just a plain chocolate milk, which I eventually received after being asked if I wanted an iced hot chocolate, and I was still charged the mocha price. This just definitely wasn’t the kind of experience I want to have again.
