Once she even took the time to listen to my life story, which was about my hamster who sadly passed away the Sunday before I went there. She even gave me a loving hug afterwards, and telling me that it will be okay. I proceeded to buy a goldfish, because that is what Ted Lasso taught me. To be a goldfish. I finally gave her a 100% tip, because that is what her wisdom is worth. Bless you Lexi, wherever you are!

Sam (Manager) took my call and heard me out about a small mistake With my food. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Today I called and she immediately remembered me and honored the agreement we had made. K.B. served me with a great attitude and encouraged me to visit again soon. I would say the most impressive thing about this crew is that I can tell that Sam is appropriately coaching her crew. The things she said to me on the phone and the way she acted towards me, I feel like we’re imitated by the crew members. This shows me that this team is well trained And there is care behind their efforts. Thank you again , Sonic!

Like trying to drink mud, not creamy, not good flavor. Wife's chicken sandwich was a "strange" consistency, not like chicken. Brought most of it home for dog food. Sonic, your accountants have RUINED a great chain.
