  Big Mac hamburger buns were so stale they crumbled when you bit into them. Took back to counter and showed one of the employees. He called manager over. They offered to cook me a fresh one. They must have forgotten as my husband completed his meal and I demolished the fries. We waited a very long time. Finally, I said "let's go". No more waiting. I told employee we were leaving. He was shocked I had not received the "remake" as he called it. He did not even try to find out why. Tables were dirty. Booth seats were dirty. The entire experience was a bad one. After spending $20 for dinner and driving over 8 hours on our trip...I was really disappointed. Fix for the next customer please.

  They got my order wrong twice in a row , I ordered literally a plain hamburger just a burger and patty how do you mess that up ? then the nuggets they gave in the first order were days old tasted like ,and when I go in to get my burger fixed and new nuggets , all the workers was rude , there was a workers girlfriend leaning over the counter hand feeding him , anyways i get my new order and my burger is cold , my bun is cold , they just slapped it together, then my mcflurry i ordered i ordered the larger size they filled it up the size of the mini size so I had to ask hey can you fill this up the normal size and then the worker that was getting hand fed over the counter by his gf , hes the one thay fixed my mcflurry , he brings it back to me filled to the brim and oreos falling all over the counter and slams it down like here and im trying to get oreo and ice cream off my hands cause it was smeared all over the cup it comes in , so once I get my mcflurry fixed , here comes my fixed nuggets which they wasnt the girl worker went right back there and grabbed the same days old nuggets from the same batch like I wasnt gonna notice , they was hard as a rock , the burger was nasty , haven't made it to the mcflurry yet cause I cant or it will spill all over me in the truck, I never leave reviews but this is sad , I eat mcdonald's everyday and when I say everyday I mean it , so I know how service is supposed to be and how fresh food is supposed to be and I got neither from this mcdonald's, they are a shitty mcdonald's and I would not recommend going at least when its night shift I dont know about day shift , anyways go to cook out hahah
