The screen will say it's on it way and go out ( like they delivered it) but I've waited everytime up to 10 minutes after that to get my food. Definitely working their delivery time. Always takes me 20-25 minutes to get my 'fast food'

If you have an hour to waste, feel free to come to Sonic in Kingston Springs. It is known in the community that this location is painfully slow.
Why on Earth do I keep subjecting myself to this place? About two or three times a year I'll come to Sonic for a milkshake or a cherry limeade. Never have I ever received a drink in an amount of time that I would consider reasonable.
Today, for reasons beyond my comprehension, I decided to order lunch via the app. My order was submitted at 12:57 pm. I arrived at Sonic at 1:02 check in and entered my stall # in the app. I have been waiting for 37 minutes, and have yet to receive my food. I asked for an update from the car hop, she told me it would be out in a few minutes.
***Update: I finally got my food at 2:06pm. 1 hour and 9 minutes.
We don't have many options in Kingston Springs. I genuinely hope this location gets so many bad reviews, that they will shut it down like the one they did on 100 in Bellevue. Then maybe, another restaurant can come in and provide the community with proper service.

Ordered ahead on mobile app. Showed up to pick up order and was told the “grill was down” and that I had to wait more time for substitute food items. I wanted my order cancelled and refunded and was told to use the app. The app doesn’t do that.

The only server is over worked but I she handles everything with a smile! Don't forget to tip your car hop VERY well...
