  We like Sonic , but had trouble with the one in Rogersville (food sit inside 20 mins before we got it and it was ice cold, lol but they brought it to us anyways) the one in Greeneville (brought us 1 sauce pack for 2 people then wanted to charge extra for more) but this one on 1124 E. Stone Dr. was EXCEPTIONAL they got our order right and fast, they even stamped the burger that was special order, most just leave it to you to figure out which one, the Carhop Emma D, was super nice and friendly. This is the BEST one we've been to..... Keep up the good work!

  Pam is the absolute Best! My wife and I love to visit and chat with her. She always gets our orders right. The app could use some work. Such as, being able to use 2 coupons at the same time.

  Stopped at Kingsport location to try the $6 smash burger, it was so good, we went back the next day. Order was delivered quickly and HOT, fries are great.

  Understaffed during rush hours, staff keeps it friendly and works very hard. Always a good place to take my family for a quick bite to eat. Service is still fast when packed.

  Came twice this week for sonic blast. Why they refuse to mix the sonic blast is beyond me. 3 pieces of topping in a big vanilla cup. The lack of effort is simply amazing yet consistent. We will go somewhere else, tired of trying...
