  Placed a pickup order for drive thru yesterday morning. When I got to the window they asked me to pull into the drive thru waiting area for my frappe. After at least 10 minutes I went inside to find out why they hadn't brought it to me. They had forgotten about it and hadn't even made it. When she made it and handed it to me I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention until I got to work and realized she gave me a medium. Not only did my order specify large but when I had to tell her what I ordered I told her a large caramel frappe with oreo.

  Fast food I believe is not a healthy choice. I mean the food is usually tasty but I'd rather spend my money on while foods and cook myself . I'm not the right person to give a review on fast food places . .. but what u eat can make u sick or make u healthy. So I would recommend no more than 2 times a week of anything from any restaurant. Of u do a little research u can find out what's really in the food u order.

  well my order has been correct every time iv came there ,The night shift manager named Melissa is very nice and will listen to your concerns and is willing to help no matter what is going on,She is a great asset to your company ' I wish all managers was like her she is always smiling ;iv talked to her several times and enjoyed our conversations

  If I could give a negative star, I would. Placed a mobile order for the drive thru at 10:55pm. Website says drive thru is open until 4am. Pulled up, was told by the girl to wait one moment. I sat there 10 minutes. She never responded. Drove around and had to yell through the glass that I had an order. She wouldn’t open the window and just yelled back they were closed. Was she just going to let me sit there all night? Totally unacceptable and obviously poor management.

  This McDonald’s, in my experience, is pretty good. I’ve not had any issues with the order being incorrect nor quality issues. I do frequent this McDonald’s for breakfast regularly. It stated that they open at 4 AM. This is a hit or miss. There are times I have come through the drive-through at 4:20 AM to be told I’m“I’m sorry we’re not open yet“. Luckily there is a Hardee’s a quarter of a mile that is consistently open at 4 AM. I do have to use this as a backup.
