  Showed up with my friend in a wheelchair both have dietary restrictions have managed to get this done at the at the pinnacle location. We went in and immediately there was no real space for a chair. Staff was definitely not welcoming to us. The to go area is very small so just enough room for my chair and friend. Wanted a taco salad without tomato was given the option to have chicken or beef picked. Chicken was then informed that the chicken had tomato,so picked beef since they said it was safe. Try to get a veggie quesadilla with no protein took forever just to manage that since he kept asking chicken or beef. Asked if it was possible to make sure that no tomato went on my friends food since she has a minor allergic reaction.Was then told that the beef also had tomato. At that point we left because we we felt as if we can fine another place to get food that was this hard and the environment was as suffocating.

  one of my favorite restaurants in kingsport! Great food, great staff, great atmosphere!
