  Paid 25 dollars for two shitty sandwiches.... they had one slice of meat on each sandwich this place is a JOKE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE !!! THE MOST PITIFUL EXCUSE FOR A SANDWICH IV EVER SEEN!!!!

  Usually don't have a problem eating here but may not anymore after tonight’s experience with this location at-least. Long story short the night manager Jacob moody I believe his name was extremely rude! I get we all have tough days but to tell me you made the sandwiches yourself and asked me to bring them back to show you there was no meat on any of them! Is crazy because then you could claim i took it off but ill take the hit for my overpriced tomato and cheese sandwiches hopefully corporate jimmy johns can speed your slow service and help you improve your bad customer service! Thanks again mr moody hopefully your night gets better! To all the ones reading this i was not this nice on the phone but still thats terrible service to not even offer another sub or reimbursement to say he made them personally and that im lying sorry we were hungry and wanted the correct food and not have to bring it all the way back to your store but hey the tables were clean! Again hope it gets better!

  have always loved this jimmy john’s but the managing is not great….went in on a friday and got the beach club and a #11 with jimmy peppers…beach club did NOT come with avocado (why people get it) and i did not get the jimmy peppers. we ended up not even eating the sandwhich and i called the store back explaining both my sandwiches were wrong, they said to come in and they’d remake it for me, even wrote a note and everything. i came in that saturday and one of the manger’s told me he can only make one original sandwhich because that’s what’s on my rewards……so you’re going to use my rewards that’s i’ve gathered up for ONE free sandwhich when u messed up both of them. wouldn’t have been a big deal if one sandwhich was wrong. this order was also $20 and no refund was available either.

  The food was horrible for the price 1 foot long sub add bacon, 3 cookies and a bag of chips 36.00

  I have never been to Jimmy John's, let me tell u, that I will never go back to subway, Jimmy took that missile and blew subway out of the water!! I got a lettuce wrapped shredded chicken sub, my hubby got a Vito. Holy cow, the flavors were amazing!!!!....10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!
