I was the only customer in the store and apparently I interupted because it took for ever to even be spoken to, and then when I did I was told they dont have flat bread anymore. Since when???? This is the most unprofessional subway in Kingsport imo. I wont be back! And the truth is they wont care.

- WMWalters MooreSep 13, 20251.0Went into this location the young man that was working was making my sub wrong I told him that that wasn't right so he put the meat back put the correct meat on the sub and raw bacon I told him that he needed to cook the bacon before it was put on my sub he put some bacon in the oven then another person ask him how many pieces of bacon did you put on the sub he said 3 or 4 she said you only put 2 I told her to just leave it on there since it was already cooked and it had taken forever she just stared at me while reaching into my sub and took some bacon out and threw it into the trash. I told her I can't believe you just threw that in the trash and that she could keep the sandwich too. Extremely poor service!
