I was 2-3 bites deep when I pulled out a big grey hair on my spoon 🤮🤮🤮🤮 He took it back inside and asked for his money back, no apologies, no offer to remake it, nothing but attitude. I’d avoid the ice cream/milkshakes from this location!

The cashier and manager were both super friendly. They closed the lobby due to shortage of employees due to weather conditions while we were there but they did not rush us out but continued to make us feel welcome. Male employee working the front continued to politely address and converse with us as well as the manager. Very pleasant experience even at a time that was vey stressful for the staff. Thank you.
