Had 15 people in line- 0 anywhere but the speaker and they refused to serve anyone until I literally waited for 15 minutes at the speaker and then left due to this. Something needs to be done. Horrible customer service. Not even sure how this place is still open with this kind of service or management.

I ordered 2 drinks and was put at the window for about 40 minutes. I was also given the wrong drink and had to get that fixed. As long as they don't put you at the window of the forgotten you will have a splendid visit.

When I finally got to the window, the person working the drive thru window said she cancelled my order because I never made it to the window to pick it up. Really? Not only that, the fried were so salty that they were briney. Horrible! I ordered a diet Coke and got home with a Dr Pepper. Never again, Stone Drive McDonald's. Y'all suck.
