  Always a bad time at McDonald’s when the employees clear your order off their operating system before your order is even received. Nothing like being forgot in the drive through line waiting on food that isn’t coming, so you have to go inside anyways. Also adding fuel to the flame, 9 nuggets isn’t 10 nuggets.

  Honest to god this is the worse mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life and I’ve worked at three of them myself!!! This is one of the very few restaurants that I pass on my way home so unfortunately I do end up stopping again and again due to my kids like McDonalds I personally don’t eat it but I go there for them. Anyways if I had to guess I’ve been there atleast ten times or maybe even more and LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through there my food is messed up or something is missing and when I say every time I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME! I normally am an easy going person so I’ve only fussed or said something one time and even that one time a manager didn’t take over to make it right! Well tonight I’m at my wits end with this!! My they messed up my husbands burger, they left two fries out didn’t give me my drinks to my kids meals…. We called up there and they had the nerve to say they couldn’t do nothing because we didn’t have the receipt!!!??? Like excuse me??? I just left there I can tell you my order along with I still have the damn food!!! AND I know damn well you seen my drinks and my fries that they forgot!!!! I’m beyond pissed!!! I’ve never in my life seen such a poor ran establishment!! And honestly the owners should be ashamed because like I said I’ve worked for McDonald’s and have never witnessed anything like this!! I work customer service myself and I would absolutely never ever ever ever give this kind of service!! I will be contacting the owner and corporate and whoever else I have to because this is insane!!!

  Today I went to McDonald’s during breakfast, and I wasn’t having such a good day but the lady running the cash register in the drive-through was just so sweet to me. It made my day a little bit brighter. It’s kindness like this, that we need more of in this world.

  WHO PUTS BACON ON A PLAIN MCCHICKEN??This place is a joke. If I spend $30 on fast food I shouldn't have to harass the workers for straws, napkins, and my drinks. Customers are no longer allowed to get their own, which is great in theory for the franchise, but does not work when the workers are too high to remember. Very hateful staff as well. Multiple items were missing on my order, causing 2 more trips to the counter to get correct. The drinks also taste like straight water and instead of making it right, they offered me a refund in a very sarcastic tone. Spend the extra 10 minutes and go to Allendale, this place is a joke.

  Hours says 5am to 12am. Stopped for breakfast at 6:45am. Sat in drive-thru for 5 minutes. Not a soul answered. Even the door signage says 5am to 12am. Edit - LOL. McDonald's replied to my comment with a link to file a complaint. But even their website doesn't work. The restaurant locator does not work. How is this chain still in business?
