Around 11:20 a.m. I phoned in an order for the Monday special Pizza giving them my name. Harley, the employee taking the order did not ask my phone number. In a one in a million situation I came to pick up my pizza 45 minutes later around noon and he had given it to a man claiming they had the same name as me. (See photo of man eating my pizza!!) Since I was in a hurry and had driven over an hour to the location just to get the pizza he told me it would be another 10 to 15 minutes to make another one. This was unacceptable to me. They did not offer me a free pizza or any comps for screwing me over. Is this the type of image you want to portray for your restaurants? I think not. Employees should be asking for the phone number and confirming it upon pickup or other identifying information so this does not happen again.On top of all of this there is no place in the app to contact anyone if you're having an issue. The last 2 times I visited this location I was never greeted. In fact I stood at the register for 5 minutes before being helped with the person behind the counter not appearing to do anything.
