I just lost 20 minutes of my day trying to get a refund for what was sold through the app that the store did not have. Now it will also take up to 14 days to get the money that should never have been charged in the first place, back into my account. They offer absolutely nothing to you for the inconvenience. Time is money, not to mention having to wait to get back the money they shouldn’t have taken in the first place. Too many other places to spend your money to have to deal with this.

I have worked for Dunkin Donuts as a Manager and I thought maybe it was the franchise I worked for but no… it’s all Dunkin’s. When I tried to call the store, the phone is either busy or music just plays and then hangs up. Unfortunately DoorDash took the hit and gave me a refund because obviously Dunkin is incompetent. Great customer service! This isn’t the first time with this location, avoid going through Drive Thru… rude rude rude.
