It took us 30 minutes total this was today 10/21/25 at 3pm there were no people inside ordering. When I got to the window the lady took my payment ran my card and then handed me my card and no receipt turned around with my receipt and left the window. Never handed me my drinks. Then about 5 minutes later another women came over and said did she get your payment and stared at me. I said yes but didn’t not give me my drinks. Then I told her what I got she handed me my ice coffee and said have a nice day. I told her I had another drink and what is was. Well I tasted my ice coffee and they put 3 liquid sugars in it that is what it said on the cup. I will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.
