- CTClisty TrentDec 27, 20252.0This was my second time at this location. The first time I ordered the kids build your own and got two proteins and one veggie. The price was $5.70 plus tax. This time I get the same thing and the lady tells me the total is $14+. I asked her why it was so much for the kids meal. She was rude and said, “Well, I can’t give away meat.” I told her I had gotten the same thing last time and it was regular price. She then said, “Sorry, someone really dropped the ball on that one. I can’t give you free meat.” I wasn’t asking for free meat. If you are charging extra for protein, you should tell the customer upfront. It’s frustrating to go one time and not be charged, then the next time not only be charged extra but also receive bad customer service. On top of that, the food was cold. I won’t be back to the Kingsport location. $14.74 for a kids meal is ridiculous.

Was like they took it straight out of the bag and put it on my burrito. The chips were burnt. It’s very disappointing when you work hard for money and expect quality food when you decide to go buy you something to eat chipotle will never get my money again and I hope this changes the food quality.

I am a store manager and if my employee acted the way this lady acted towards my guest, she would be fired. Unfortunately most people think it’s okay to have a terrible customer service attitude. Simply don’t work in the public if helping with basic customer needs is an issue for you. So sad this store is going down hill.
