  Have been to this location 3 times trying to redeem a reward every time i try i get told “we cant do shakes right now”. Girl always has an attitude now the reward is going to expire so i loose out thanks!….ive ordered door dash from this location several times over the last couple of months the food has been less then steller and items left off ive let that go but now i cant even redeem a reward because “they cant do shakes”. That are listed all over your menu and they have not been shut off in the app saying not available what if someone orders it and gets there and it cant be fulfilled. Or is it because she just doesnt wanna fool with it ? Hmmmmm

  Went through drive thru and Asked for turkey gyro, said that they don't do it anymore but I've gotten it at this location before...

  Went through the drive thru at this location and it will beyond last visit ever to this location. Every time I've been in the past has included being pulled ahead to park in the drive thru. Even if I was the only car there. Ive had bad experiences pretty much every time except once or twice. One time wife found a hair in her roast beef sandwich, almost every time I didn't receive everything I ordered. Sauce was not offered or given even when requested. Very rarely is there even napkins in the bag. The most recent visit was for a 2 can dine for $12.99. Coupons stated it was for 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks and a 4 PC mozzarella sticks. Both sandwiches had cold beef on them, fries were old, soggy and cold. Drinks were a little over halfway filled, and surprise surprise, no mozzarella sticks, or napkins. Sauce was not offered, and I was pulled ahead to park and had the window shut in my face as I tried to request Sauce. Sat parked for close to 5 minutes. Won't be back to this location. Possibly not to any location after this experience. Way too expensive and much too low quality to justify going back.
