  I’d like to start this review by mentioning that I love the simple stop and go feel, the service can vary throughout the day but usually is fast. The music and the lights are really the cherry on top. It reminds me of this one coffee shop that was in my hometown. On the other hand, I’ve had encounters that have left me dissatisfied with the service. On (03/01/2026) a girl with a white shirt, black pants and brown hair had given me the silent treatment whenever I’d ask her simple questions about promotions going on in the store. This is the SECOND time that something like this would happen with this girl. I understand that it’s simple and you don’t have to talk, but I shouldn’t feel stupid whenever I have a question. I ask that whoever reads this in the store should speak with her because I can’t be the only one.

  I come through all the time and Anna and Shanyia always treat me so well. they are very talkative and always in a good mood! i always enjoy talking to them. They always make my drink perfect, just the way I like it!

  7 Brew isn’t just my favorite coffee stop — it’s where I visit my adopted crew. Elijah, Haley, Gavin, Courtney, Emma, Benji, Olivia… and even Riley (who moved on to a better opportunity but will always be part of it) — they’re more than baristas to me. They’re my 7 Brew crew. Yes, the coffee is amazing. Consistently perfect. But what keeps me pulling into that line is the heart behind the window. We’ve shared real conversations — about school, weddings, sewing projects, family, daily life struggles, front porch geese and the ups and downs that come with just being human. It’s not surface-level small talk. It’s genuine connection. The kind where you ask how someone’s doing and you actually mean it. The kind where they remember what you told them last week. That kind of service can’t be trained. It comes from good people with good hearts. In a world that moves fast, this team makes you feel seen, remembered, and valued. I may joke that I’ve adopted them, but the loyalty and care are very real. 7 Brew has incredible coffee — but the people are what make it special. My 7brew kids are the best!!!

  This crew is a hardworking bunch! They try to stay on top of things especially when we're lined around the building and they're trying to take care of half of Kingsport at one time. If they're busy, be patient with them like you would want someone to be patient with you. Try em out!

  The only reason I go by the Fort Henry location is because I’m closer to it than the Stone Dr location. My drink is CONSTANTLY wrong. They give me full sugar drinks, when I ask for SF. Makes my blood sugar spike and I get sick. The workers are so incredibly hateful!!! Terrible attitudes!!! Only decent humans there are Elijah, Benji, Megan, and Shaniya. Didn’t bother to ask the names of anyone else. If you want quality drinks and service, drive the extra 2 minutes and go to Stone Drive.
