It's refreshing to see such a positive attitude when I know how hard it is to be working with food. I didn't catch his name but he was so so sweet and definitely deserves recognition!!

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a drink and two donuts, got to the window and paid, and cashier informed me that he didn’t ring up my donuts even after repeating my order back to me. Instead of doing the right thing and just letting me have the two donuts he expected me to hand over my credit card to be charged a second time. Today I went through the drive thru and just ordered two donuts. Waited 20 mins for them to make the order for the truck in front of me. Pulled up to the window finally and had to wait another 10 mins for them to put my two donuts in a box, looked like there were about 6 or 7 people mulling around in there. Why no one could box my order while I was waiting on the vehicle in front of me, I have no idea. Had to ask for napkins. Terrible incompetent service.
