  I’ve tried to go to this Dairy Queen twice in the last couple of weeks and both times I was in line for more than 20 minutes, the first time I was in line for about 40 minutes before we got our food. The second time I was in line for 20 minutes and didn’t even make it to get my order taken so I left. Would go to Dairy Queen more if they understood that they are supposed to be a fast food restaurant

  Needs a sign on the door that says...Restrooms for customers only and No lottering...this is a meeting spot for the homeless...they congragat in front of the building, running off customers! Where is the Owner? You can't use the bathroom dur to the homeless lining up and making a stinking mess...its ridiculous !

  The food was good and fresh, but i paid for a 6 pc chicken strip box and only got 4, the 4 was pushed on the box so i think it was an honest mistake so I'd just say check your order before you leave the parking lot

  We ordered a strawberry sunday and a blizzard both melted. Extremely disappointing

  I have tried this place 5-6 times and there has been an issue every time. Is is disappointing that this is the only DQ in Kingsport because we definitely won't be back.
