  I DoorDash full time as a job. I frequent this store quite often unfortunately. Any person coming inside for delivery is treated like dirt on the bottom of their shoes, that is if they are even acknowledged. 9 times out of 10 I stand there, along with other drivers, and nothing is said to us. Then if you are noticed and spoken to they act like you’re stealing food. If they would pay 20$ a month to DoorDash they can get a tablet that shows them the dashers every move in real time. Instead they would rather come off as very nasty human beings. There is no reason to demand to see our phones when picking up an order. If we stole anyone’s order we would be deactivated and you wouldn’t see us anymore. They say this is God’s chicken.. God would be ashamed at the behavior of every employee in this store. Get it together and do better. We are an extension of your customers. We should be treated as such.

  The staff are amazing and they crush it for lunch and dinner. Takes no time at all. But in the mornings I don’t know if they don’t have enough staff or they didn’t drink enough coffee. It’s the busiest and many people stop on the way to work or school and it takes a half hour or more to get through the line. As I write this I have sat in the same spot for 5 mins without moving. People have to get to work and school on time so staff better during breakfast hours. It is currently 8:13am and still haven’t moved. Adding that I spent half an hour in the drive thru line. Instead of closing the outside lane at the entrance they left it open so people could order from Both lanes and the. Closed the outside at the order screen forcing people to try and merge into one lane. When I spoke to a staff member she said they were short handed and had to close a lane. When I got the window however I counted 7 people standing at the drink machine behind the counter leaning, chatting and hanging out. While 1 person was manning the drive thru window. They weren’t short handed. They didn’t feel like working. Even the manager was just hanging out. I will never go to chic fil a again especially this one. And I will be sending a formal complaint to the corporate office.

  We eat Chick-fil-A often this location has went downhill especially the past 6 months I don't know if they're under new management or what is going on but we have had a couple of issues from the staff being rude to the food my giving incorrect orders and etc but they do have good chicken so we keep going back but after this we will not be going back I am so glad I am a picky eater I ordered a chicken salad and I always go through and check the lettuce and if it has rotten pieces of lettuce I get it out when I did I found a bug I guess it is called a vegetable bug but still the lettuce should have been washed correctly and this would not have happened needless to say I did not eat the salad I did put the bug in the lettuce in a baggie and I was going to take it up there but honestly I do not think it will do any good I will post pictures below I am going to post a few pictures because there are different angles that you can see better than others also this salad was only supposed to have lettuce, cheese, tomato, chicken and egg but it had corn and everything else in it that I asked twice do the cashier if she got it without all that stuff and she said yes ma'am so that was another reason I was having to go through to pick out all the corn because I do not like corn in my salad nor do I like the bacon because they're bacon and their salad is not cooked bacon pieces that I like it is like raw anyways I just wanted to let you guys know to be sure to check your salad if you get one I am very disappointed I paid extra for this salad because I got extra cheese, and egg so not being able to eat it was like throwing 12 + bucks down the drain:-(

  The positive energy in this place is amazing!! All restaurants should take notice!!! My food was awesome as always and the service here, even though the drive-thru was backed out in the road, was exceptionally fast!! Even though it was looking like rush hour at 5 p.m. Everyone had a smile on their face and seemed to be having fun. Must be a great place to work!!!! Finally the choice of being closed on Sunday is a bold move!!! I love it!! Yes. God rested on Sunday!!! Others should follow.
