  Just sat at the speaker for over 10mins ,they told me to hold on then never took my order. I left.

  Love paying almost $40 for food just to get home to eat and see I have an undercooked burger that I can’t eat.

  I don’t know if it’s this location or just Arby’s in general but the past 2-3 times I’ve went here the food has been so bad that it was barely edible (actually spit out some of it). I had BOGO sandwiches (only reason I went back) and it still felt like a total waste of money. Cheese not melted, fried meats tasted like they were fried way too long in old oil. Everything was just bad. Only safe pick here is a plain roast beef sandwich because it’s almost impossible to mess it up.

  Easily the worst Arby's in the area. Which sucks because it's on the way to my house from work. They ALWAYS forget your napkins, straws, and sauces. You can tell the food you receive has sat for hours. It's never fresh. The wait times are also horrendous. The Arby's on the other side of Stone Drive is LEAPS and BOUNDS better.

  Why is it always "Pull forward please." Sit at the wi dow for 10 minutes to pull forward and wait a other 10 minutes? You need a crew that works. Ot just 2 or 3 people. Yeah, never going back.
