I have ordered the avocado ranch chicken stacker before. This time there was particularly nothing in it. Mostly just tortilla shell. Nothing like the picture of the item when ordering it. So disappointed in Taco Bell, especially this location.

The food I ordered had no jalapeño at ALL. I found a single one in my food and I can’t handle spicy stuff. This is really careless what if I was allergic??

This Taco Bell is always out of something. Huge wait times. Food just thrown together. Management needs to be fixed

If I could give this place a 0 Star I would.
As a worker in the restaurant industry myself when it comes to my food being wrong and it not being fast I don’t have a huge problem with it, but this time I decided to say something. For the past 3 times prior to this experience I’ve used the mobile app to place my order.
I go up to the window I say my name and pull around. Wait a couple of minutes the woman hands me my food and I put it in my passenger seat and I drive away. A minute or two later I go to check the bag and there was a taco. Now I didn’t order any tacos, I ordered a fry bowl and a 2 piece Cinnabon delight with a Baja blast.
At this point I’m just frustrated. I have an hour drive to work and I cannot just stop and go back to replace the order or anything so I call. So I call the store ask to speak to the on duty manager and she had said it was she, so therefore I had said “ Hi so I just ordered through the mobile app and went through the drive thru and completely did not get my order.” She said “ yeah because you said your name was Riley”. Mind you how in world would I know the name of more online orders that had been placed. So I said “ No ma’am I said my name then was told to pull around, was handed my food and was told to have a nice day.” Of course I let her know I was disappointed that I didn’t get my food but I also didn’t want a refund or was looking for free food in any way just because I know how things can be in a restaurant where mistakes just happen. So with that being said she said “ Okay well I was upset remaking all of those tacos that you took”. LIKE WHAT HOW WOULD THAT BE MY FAULT!!! I understand in some aspects that I should have verified my food, but in the same breath how am I supposed to be yelled at for grabbing a bag that was handed to me??? Even if I had realized when I grabbed the bag that it wasn’t my food it’s not like they can take the bag back and give it to the person that it was supposed to go to because it had already touched my hands. She then explained that the whole situation was my fault and that I didn’t communicate correctly. Again I don’t understand why because I said my name in the speaker to begin with. I am still extremely upset over the way I was talked to by the MANAGER at this location because being a MANAGER myself I would never talk to my guests the way that this woman spoke to me. Needless to say I really hope they get their staff and managers under control because otherwise this place will be nothing but a building if it keeps going in the direction that it is seeming to go to. I hope this reaches someone who even thinks about going here and realizes that they shouldn’t after my experience with the staff and management team.

I think they just throw together whatever they want I never get what I ordered and it looks like it was slapped together by a infant. Last time I was there they got most of the order wrong and replaced my churros with a random burrito without asking. I won't be spending anymore money there it truly is the worst taco bell I've ever been to.
