  I just ordered two foot longs through the app. We had paid for 50% extra meat and the meat was very skimpy. My wife's sandwich was the subway club and it had one slice of roast beef on each side. The regular sandwich should have 2 on each side. How do you order 50% more meat and get one slice of beef.I called and they told me the only thing they could do is remake it. I did not want to get out again so I asked if she could just give me a credit for the extra meat and they could not do that. $1.75 a sandwich and they can't do that? To top things off half way through the sandwich my wife realized she didn't have any cheese. Looked at mine, me neither. Called the restaurant back, 5 times. They evidently have caller ID and are not going to answer for me. This is the worst example I have ever seen of customer service. This is the third time i have been there.Previous 2 overlooked the attitude because it is normal with the kids here for some reason. But not this time. Attitude when you order, attitude when you pick up the food, attitude if you have any issue. I will drive 3 times as far next time to avoid this place. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

  Wouldn’t even give one star if didn’t have to. Smh I ordered through door dash as I don’t have a car if I did I’d bring this back! Spent 20 for one foot long with tip and delivery asked for extra Mayo and banana peppers and there is barely any on it. Barley any toppings! I did look at reviews first and thought I’d give them a chance but after this nope NEVER again DONT TAKE THE CHANCE!!!! I be ordering EVER AGAIN

  I went to this location on my lunch break to find the drive thru was open but the machine was not working. Pushed the button on the kiosk because that is what the sign said to do only to get yelled at to pull to the windows. Mind you the first time they spoke to me through the drive thru it was just static. When I got to the windows the lady was extremely rude and threw the card reader at me. If I could give this location a zero star I would. I am a very loyal customer to Subway and this location is the rudest I have been too. If the drive thru kiosk is messed up then they need to turn the drive thru light off. If anyone is traveling and decide they want Subway, I would go to the location at Love's truck stop because this one is rude and uncaring towards their customers. My Dr pepper was flat and I only asked for a six inch on white bread meat marinara with provolone cheese. My cheese looked like it was old and I didnt even eat my food. It was a wasted almost $9. I will NEVER come back to this location again.
